How to Use It

  1. Gently peel the VIO2 tape from the backing paper.
  2. Choose the position that feels most comfortable—horizontal or vertical placement both work.
  3. Close your mouth and press the tape onto clean, dry skin. If you’ve applied skincare, wait 5 to 10 minutes before applying the tape.
  4. In the morning, remove the tape by slowly peeling it off. Discard after one use.

    If you've wanted to try mouth tape but thought "NO WAY" due to being claustrophobic, this is the product you need! It took me a couple nights to get use to it but with just a small strip down the center of your mouth, I was still able to part the corners of my mouth if needed to not feel "trapped". I am very claustrophobic and was a horrible mouth breather. This product has worked so well for me and I sleep so much better.

    I've intermittently tried other mouth tapes between using these ones as I was trying to see if there was a cheaper option, but ultimately you can't beat this brand. I love that in the middle of the night if i want a sip of water i can do so with this shape (using a straw water bottle), i love that it's a non toxic option and it stays put all night.

    I am so glad my dentist gave me a sample of this product. It literally changed my sleep overnight. It's seems so weird and I was a little creeped out by it but I'm so glad I gave it a try. On a subscription now!!!!

    Okay... I wasn't too sold on the idea of these mouth tapes. But my husband SNORES badly, so we decided to give it a try. And the first test? A 7-hour flight... yeah. To our surprise, we both LOVED IT. No snores were heard during the overnight flight, and we both felt like we woke up feeling more rested. If that's even possible when you're curled up in an economy seat. I'm already getting us a second bag because, wow, the difference in our sleep, energy, and overall nighttime experience has been so noticeable, for good.
