How it works

What our customers are saying

It's easy to use and clean. Pretty comfortable and has improved my sleep

This is my first CPAP machine, but I've set up my friends' CPAPs before when traveling. This is the quietest and easiest to use CPAP I've ever set up.

I love how easy it is to do a mask fit and change settings. If I weren't wearing the mask I'd forget it was even on!

Andy B. verified

This is my first CPAP; it is easy to set up and use and, once the settings were adjusted, it has improved the quality of my sleep. I like the mask fit test feature and the ability to adjust ramp and moisture level.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is automatic positive air pressure?

Automatic positive air pressure (APAP) therapy features devices that adjust pressure levels based on your breathing patterns throughout the night. This helps you breathe in and out more comfortably. Traditional CPAP therapy delivers pressure at the prescribed level and does not adjust, so many people — particularly those with high pressure requirements — prefer APAP.

How does ClimateLineAir 10 Heated Tubing work?

ClimateLineAir 10 Heated Tubing is used to link your AirSense 10 AutoSet machine and face mask. This creates an outlet for air to flow directly into your nose and/or mouth without losing pressure. The tubing features embedded sensors to monitor temperature and humidity levels, making automatic adjustments as needed to prevent dry mouth and congestion. If you own the AirSense 10 AutoSet, be sure to choose ClimateLineAir tubing that’s compatible with your machine — ClimateLineAir tubing intended for the AirSense 11 series won’t work with your device.

Can I use the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet on an airplane?

The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is considered FAA-compliant, allowing you to use the machine mid-flight. We recommend bringing a note from your doctor when you travel, as some airlines require proof of prescription before you can use a PAP device on an airplane. For long flights, you can speak to a gate or flight attendant about being seated near a power outlet — though many current planes feature outlets at every seat.

How loud is the ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet?

The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet produces 26 decibels (dBA) of noise at maximum volume. This makes the device quieter than many competing machines.
