Get better sleep in 3 simple steps

Here’s what to expect

1.

Chest, wrist, and finger sensors that measure peripheral arterial tone, heart rate, blood oxygen, actigraphy, body position, snoring, and chest motion.

2.

Testers receive an AHI score (Apnea-Hypopnea Index) in their email after one night, indicating breathing disruptions during an average hour of sleep.

3.

Those who meet diagnostic criteria for Obstructive Sleep Apnea after testing may be prescribed PAP therapy.

I didn't realize until after the sleep test how bad it really was. I have now been to my normal doctor, a local sleep center, and a heart doctor. All signs point to the accuracy of this test.

After 5 days I noticed my brain was clearer, I was better able focus, no longer craved a nap- all this with the same or fewer sleep hours. Don’t hesitate,
