The DreamWear Under-the-Nose Nasal CPAP Mask from Philips Respironics has a streamlined silicone design that feels lightweight and comfortable. Nasal cushions sit under the bridge of the nose rather than on or over the nose, which reduces irritation in the nasal area while you sleep. A low profile leaves the forehead unobstructed, which allows for more freedom of movement and enhanced comfort while reading or watching TV in bed.

  • Silicone frame and cushion is flexible and soft against the skin while maintaining a snug fit
  • Under-the-nose cushions help minimize discomfort on the nose bridge
  • Slips over the head for easy placement and removal
  • Tubing connects at top of the head for a less obtrusive design

What's Included:

  • Medium Mask Frame
  • Fabric Wraps
  • Headgear
  • Small, Medium, or Large Cushions

We recommend this product for:

  • Side sleepers
  • Those who prefer less obstructive CPAP masks

Nasal CPAP masks direct pressurized air to the user’s nose without sealing inside the user’s nostrils like nasal pillow masks. Most nasal CPAP masks cover all or most of the user’s nose, but low-profile models like the DreamWear nasal mask have a similar design to nasal pillows.

The DreamWear Under-the-Nose Nasal Mask’s streamlined design might be the right pick if you value having a clear field of vision or experience claustrophobia with bulkier masks. Active and combination sleepers are also likely to enjoy the freedom of movement provided by the mask’s low profile and top-of-the-head connection port.

The DreamWear magnetic headgear can interfere with some medical devices, making this mask unusable if you or your partner have one of the affected devices. Nasal masks like this one are uncomfortable for people with a high air pressure prescription, and are not effective for people who breathe through their mouth while asleep.

DreamWear silicone cushions are replaceable and should be replaced every six months or once they begin to show wear. You can also use your DreamWear frame system with other cushion styles from the line, including the DreamWear full face cushion and nasal pillow.

Philips Respironics offers a DreamWear cushion sizing guide, but this fit pack takes the guesswork out of the process by including small, medium, and large cushions. A medium size frame is included with the fit pack but small and large frames are also available for this mask and can be purchased separately.

The vast majority of CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP machines use a standard 22-millimeter hose connection that works with all DreamWear masks. However, some travel CPAP machines — such as the ResMed AirMini — use a special connection that only works with specific CPAP masks.
