    Michael Breus, Ph.D is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and one of only 168 psychologists to pass the Sleep Medical Specialty Board without going to medical school. He holds a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College, and PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Georgia. Dr. Breus has been in private practice as a sleep doctor for nearly 25 years and is a sought after lecturer and his knowledge is shared daily in major national media worldwide.

      Thank you so much for providing this free program to improve sleep! I volunteer with a not-for-profit that assists adolescents and adults with ADHD, Autism, and other patterns of neurodivergence. This 28-day program is great for incorporating small, doable actions that are incredibly beneficial! One of the 23-year-old guys, who struggles with insomnia, reported 3 consecutive nights of sleep for the first time in a year!!

      The Best Sleep Advice Ever

      I am in a very complicated situation as I have a faulty gene that is producing a lot of diverse symptoms. Sleep issues is just one of these issues. I am so glad I know how to use the internet as the doctors we have in Australia are not particularly helpful with my problems. I have found Dr Michael Breus to be the very best with sleep issues. Of course this is his specialty, but he has more information than anyone else and covers every aspect of problem sleeping from mattresses, pillows, suitable bedding, temperature, when not to eat certain foods and it just goes on and on. His utube videos are excellent and loaded with information. Experiment and persevere with the information he provides and you will improve (maybe not completely if you have a faulty gene as I have) but your life will be a lot more acceptable. I am so glad we have the internet as it opens up a whole new world of information.
