Dr. Michael Breus, PhD
Michael Breus, Ph.D is a Diplomate of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine and one of only 168 psychologists to pass the Sleep Medical Specialty Board without going to medical school. He holds a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College, and PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Georgia. Dr. Breus has been in private practice as a sleep doctor for nearly 25 years and is a sought after lecturer and his knowledge is shared daily in major national media worldwide.

I love the 28-Day Sleep Wellness Program! It offers perfect amount of information every day. Because of the short duration of the clips it is always possible to watch them, also on busy days. I also like the fact that there is an incoming e-mail every day, that also works on a little reminder.
And despite the fact that I'm in the field of research of perfect sleep since about two years, there is always something new in the clips.

I find very helpful that the Sleep Doctor's tips come one at a time every day, and that they are easy to implement.
I just hope these tips will still be available AFTER the program has ended, since it is NOT that easy to change habits overnight!!!!

This information has helped me through chronic insomnia and central sleep apnea. I had a problem for 3 years with insomnia and blood pressure spikes accompanied by panic attacks. Although I used EFT techniques for the panic attacks, this information from the program helped with the associated insomnia issues which were related closely. I still use the suggestions Dr Breus gave on an ongoing basis to maintain my much improved sleep hygiene and restful nights.

I thought it was very thorough. It gave me ideas about how I and others in my life can achieve restorative sleep. I like that there is video content along with written content. An educator at heart, I believe in using multiple tools to convey information is key so that you can cater to multiple learning styles. Actionable steps are great for knowing what to do, how to tweak things, and more, to work toward getting optimal results.
