We can help you obtain a prescription renewal at no extra charge if your prescription has expired or is not accessible. ResMed suggests the following steps for keeping your mask clean and in good condition:

1. The mask components should be washed after every use, except for the headgear which should be washed weekly
2. All components should be fully disassembled before cleaning
3. Non-headgear components should be cleaned in warm, soapy water
4. The mesh vent should be cleaned with a soft-bristle brush such as a toothbrush
5. The headgear should be left to soak in warm, soapy water before being cleaned with a soft-bristle brush
6. All components should be rinsed in clean water before being left to dry out of direct sunlight
