    Surprisingly Good

I was worried about wearing a chin strap. The first night it felt really weird, but then it was fine.

    The Best

I have tried multiple chin straps, including some with multiple straps going around different parts of the head. None of them are even close to as effective as this one. And, because there are a bunch of extra straps, my head doesn't get as warm.

    Comfortable

Nothing special but it works. Training myself to keep my mouth closed as I get used to sleep therapy. Would like one in silk vs cotton though.

    Comfortable

I like the chin material. Still slips a bit. I’m going to try a hair clip.

    Helpful chinstrap

Easier than most but still scratchy where it touches the face

    Bighead

My roomie tried it, and they have a more common-sized head and face. I didn’t realize how unique (read:weird) my face and head are. I mean, I know I always need a large hat size, but my roomie doesn’t need to make it too tight, but also, they’re not a mouth-breather like I am. And it looks the same on them that it does in the photos of models on the website. For me, I have to make it tight so actually keep my mouth closed. And I have thin hair, so the Velcro snags my hair. Didn’t do that to roomie. I have a flat spot on the spot where yarmulke would go, so I have to put my hair in a bun in the exact spot to have it help hold the strap in place, and it digs into my cheeks. And I had braces and headgear in middle school- great smile now! - so I’m trying not to undo all that work if I place the chin strap wrong. All of this to say, if you have an “average” head and face, and decently thick hair, it should work well for you. I’m going back to the drawing board.

Oh! Hot tip: put it on with the seams facing out instead of rubbing on your face.
