The AirCurve 10 ASV monitors your breathing patterns using a 13-point data detection algorithm, then adjusts pressure levels accordingly. The machine is also equipped with Easy-Breathe waveform technology, which mimics your respiratory structure to promote comfortable breathing. This system is much more advanced and personalized than standard CPAP, which delivers airflow at a fixed pressure setting regardless of your breathing.

The AirCurve 10 ASV’s sophisticated design is well suited to people with central sleep apnea and other medical disorders such as Cheyne-Stokes Breathing. Since this device is relatively expensive, the investment may be overkill for people who don’t mind standard CPAP or APAP therapy.

ClimateLineAir 10 Heated Tubing connects the AirCurve 10 ASV to your face mask, creating a secure channel for pressurized air to directly enter your breathing passages. The tubing features sensors that monitor temperature and humidity, then adjust these levels based on the amount of moisture — this helps prevent dry mouth and congestion.

The ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV produces 27 decibels (dBA) of noise at maximum volume. This is considered whisper-quiet.
