    Maybe it works

    I have only been able to keep this in my mouth for a max of 3 hours. The pain in my teeth and jaw wakes me up and I have to remove it. I am using the number 1 attachment which is the longest. It is just too uncomfortable to sleep with.

    I have a snore app that charts my snoring levels. When I was able to wear the device, my snoring was decreased but it is just too painful to wear.

    A week or so in. It reduced snoring a couple of nights and made my snoring less frequent, but louder a couple of other nights.
