    Worth the money

    I didn't want to like it. My doctor recommended it, but I didn't buy it for about 6 months. As a side sleeper, I continually broke the mask seal when rolling over, causing me to wake up throughout the night which efeats the purpose of the CPAP! The pillow looks funny, but it is comfortable and works. It was worth the money and I'm glad I listen to the doctor!

    I had no idea I needed this

    I love this pillow. It’s smaller than my bed pillows and tilts my head back a little to help open up my airway. I don’t always use my coal and almost prefer this instead. But both together is ideal. Oh and it’s super comfortable, just a perfect medium softness. It also has a cover you can take off and wash.

    I think I'm using it correctly, but I wish there was some instructions or at least a picture or two. I do seem to be sleeping better though.

    CPap Pillow for Side Sleeping

    The Cpap pillow for side sleeping was a little too hard for me although it did keep my mask in more of an upright position rather than pushing the mask away from my face. I have a very soft throw that I put over the pillow itself, and that seems to help a lot.

    CPAP pillow

    Although the cut out on the side is good to prevent the device from moving on me, I couldn't use the pillow because it is too fluffy and high for me.
