I love this pillow. It’s smaller than my bed pillows and tilts my head back a little to help open up my airway. I don’t always use my coal and almost prefer this instead. But both together is ideal. Oh and it’s super comfortable, just a perfect medium softness. It also has a cover you can take off and wash.

The Cpap pillow for side sleeping was a little too hard for me although it did keep my mask in more of an upright position rather than pushing the mask away from my face. I have a very soft throw that I put over the pillow itself, and that seems to help a lot.

Although the cut out on the side is good to prevent the device from moving on me, I couldn't use the pillow because it is too fluffy and high for me.
