I decided to try mouth strips based on a recommendation from my dentist as I have been a mouth breather. I was a little apprehensive, but honestly using these has been an easy transition. They go on easy, and I forget I have it on they are so comfortable. Every once in a while I will have to sneeze or cough in the middle of the night, and the mouth strips come off easily when needed, but stay in place if you don’t try to remove it. I’m sleeping more deeply and my dry mouth has improved. I highly recommend these mouth strips!
