SomniFix Mouth Strips gently adhere to your lips to encourage nose breathing throughout the night, which can help reduce snoring, improve sleep quality, and support overall health. By keeping the mouth closed, SomniFix helps maintain proper tongue position and prevents unintentional mouth breathing — a common cause of dry mouth, disrupted sleep, and decreased oxygen intake. 

The medical-grade adhesive is soft and skin-friendly, and each strip includes a small vent that allows for emergency mouth breathing if needed. Ideal for use on its own or alongside a CPAP machine, SomniFix works with your body’s natural breathing patterns to promote deeper, more restorative sleep.

How to Use

  1. Start with clean, dry lips for the best seal. 
  2. Gently close your lips — no need to force it.
  3. Center the strip so the breathing vent lines up with your lips.
  4. Press it on and smooth outward. It should feel snug, not tight.
  5. Sleep comfortably while nose breathing.
  6. When you wake up, gently peel off the strip and discard it.

    These work!!

    I have tried different types of tape for sleeping on the advice of my OMT and hated them all. Felt like I was suffocating.

    I have used these 5 nights now and LOVE THEM. Truly put it on and forget about it. My sleep has improved using in conjunction with my CPAP machine.

    I have you used it for three nights and so far it is surprisingly helpful. Sleeping mostly through the night and not as much of a dry mouth during the night or when I wake up.
