How often will I receive replacement supplies?

Delivery options vary by product but are typically every 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months. 

Is there a discount for subscribing?

We offer a 15% discount for all subscription plans. 

Do you accept insurance for subscription products?

Sleep Doctor doesn't work directly with insurance companies but offers an itemized invoice with billing codes for eligible products. You can use this invoice to submit a claim for potential reimbursement from your insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan's specific coverage.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

To change or cancel your Sleep Doctor subscription:

  1. Visit Shop.sleepdoctor.com and sign in to your account
  2. Go to the "Subscriptions" section.
  3. Modify details or select "Cancel" to end the subscription.
  4. A pop-up and email will confirm changes or cancellation.

How is shipping handled for subscriptions? What if I need to change my address?

We offer free shipping on orders $50 and above in the contiguous U.S. For orders under $50.00, the shipping rate is $7.99. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands are subject to an additional shipping fee.

If you need to change your address, follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section in your account dashboard.
  3. Update your shipping address.
  4. Save your changes to ensure they take effect.
