He holds a BA in Psychology from Skidmore College, and PhD in Clinical Psychology from The University of Georgia.       Lots of Information

      For me the third week is the most intriguing as it deals with the sleep system. I feel there's probably a lot I can learn here regarding pillows, mattresses, etc.. Seems as I get older (70 in a couple months), sleep is becoming a bit more hard to come by, which I understand is fairly common. Also, the discussion of circadian rhythms, vitamin D is also interesting. Very much looking forward to taking a deeper dive with the 28 Day Sleep Wellness Program.
