The ResMed AirTouch™ F20 Cushion is made with soft memory foam instead of the more conventional silicone you’ll find in many other mask cushions. The foam contours closely to your face to create a tight but comfortable seal. It is compatible with the ResMed AirTouch F20 Full Face CPAP Mask. You may also use the cushion with the AirFit™ F20 mask frame and headgear.

The cushion is available in multiple sizes. Note that this item does not include a frame or headgear.

Expedited Shipping

Order must be placed and with approved prescription (if applicable) before 10 am EST to ship same-day. Excludes Sat/Sun delivery.

Expedited shipping is not available:

  • To Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and some rural areas.

We can help you obtain a prescription renewal at no extra charge if your prescription has expired or is not accessible.     Super comfy

    Haven’t had any issues with sores on the bridge of my nose with this full face mask. The memory foam creates a very good seal and it’s comfy enough to wear for extended periods of time.

    Sleep Mask=Amazing
