So I have sleep apnea and issues with anxiety that tend to peak just before bed where my mind will race and I will toss and turn. Also because of the sleep apnea even with my CPAP I struggle to reach deep sleep and will wake up a lot thru the night. Well I’ll say this. Since I started taking this I am now sleeping thru the night with only minimal wake ups and I can now reach deep sleep where as before I was getting none. I have a sleep tracker and data to back up what I’m saying. This is the reason I tried this stuff. I was going days without deep sleep. It was causing me to have sleep deprivation. Even if I slept for 10 hrs I would not get any deep sleep. Again I have data to back up this up. I am now getting around 30mins a night of deep sleep on average. Which still isn’t great but it’s great for me. When you’re getting 0 then 30 mins is a gift. This stuff has helped me a lot of ways because I also work third shift at a factory. Which means I will come home really worn out but can’t fall asleep because the sun is rising. This stuff works. It helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep thru the night. I do wake up feeling a little groggy but I think that is how I respond to melatonin. But once I am up and fully awake I notice a big difference in my sleep patterns now. I actually feel rested now. Thank you for making this sleep foundation product. It really does help and I pray it continues to do so.

These supplements worked very well for me. After even just taking one capsule about 30 minutes later I would fall asleep. The serving is 2 capsules but one was good for me.
